The concrete floor must be flat, with a horizontal error not exceeding ±3mm along its entire length; otherwise, it will affect the smoothness of track operation.
For wall installation (such as curtain tracks), a solid wall or steel structure base should be selected. Hollow brick walls require reinforcement with special anchor bolts.
The recommended ambient temperature for installation is between -25℃ and +70℃ to avoid extreme temperature differences that could cause material stress changes.
2. Accurate Measurement and Positioning Accurate dimensional planning is crucial for successful installation.
Use a laser level or chalk line to ensure the track is straight and without deviation, especially when splicing multiple sections, ensuring alignment with the baseline.
Allow expansion joints according to actual usage needs. For example, industrial tracks should have a 10-15mm expansion joint every 20-30 meters to prevent deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
